🕒 How long does it take to launch my site?

Most Starter & Standard Sites go live within 2–3 business days once we’ve collected your content. Larger sites may take a bit longer depending on complexity—but we’ll keep things moving and communicate clearly throughout.

✏️ Can I edit the website myself?

That depends on your plan:

Starter Sites are fully managed by us. You won’t log in, but just send us any edits and we’ll take care of them—usually within one business day.

Standard Sites give you access to a simple visual editor, or you can still ask us to make changes.

Digital Platform clients have full admin access, but we handle all technical tasks and updates on your behalf.

🛠️ What kinds of updates can I request?

We handle just about anything that keeps your site current:

Swapping photos or updating text
Adding new business hours or services
Adjusting layout or styling tweaks
Updating forms or contact info

Standard and Digital Platform plans also include light feature upgrades or integrations. If something falls outside the scope, we’ll give you a clear quote before starting.

Yes. Every plan includes managed hosting, regular maintenance, and fast support:

Starter: Unlimited content edits done for you, plus hosting and security.

Standard: Includes content edits and site access, with general updates covered.

Digital Platform: Includes full support, priority response, and unlimited requests.

We’ve got you covered. We can transfer your domain, migrate content from your old site, or help you start fresh. We’ll walk you through the options and handle the setup.

🔐 Who owns the website?

You do. Your content, your domain, your brand. We build on open platforms so you’re never locked in. Want to move your site someday? No problem—we’ll even help. Ownership details are spelled out clearly in our Terms of Service (no fine print, just plain English).

Yes—every plan includes analytics tailored to your level:

📈 Can I upgrade later?

Absolutely! You can start with a simple site and grow into a larger plan at any time—more pages, more features, more automation. We make the transition seamless.

💳 Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope. You can pay month-to-month on any plan. We also offer discounted annual pricing if you prefer to save a bit by paying upfront—but there’s no obligation. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
